Charter "Super Cool" - Tobago's Largest and most comfortable Sport Fishing boat - for year-round sport fishing with Captain Stanley who has 30 years fishing experience in the waters of Tobago and the Caribbean. "Super Cool" is a 38ft (12m) Bertram Sport fisherman. It was completely refurbished in 2002 and outfitted with Twin Caterpillar 435 Hp diesel engines with cruising speed of 24 Knots. She is fully equipped for Sport Fishing - fishing equipment on board includes outriggers downrigger fighting chair Penn International reels VHF Radio and all safety equipment. "Super Cool" has an Air conditioned salon with full size couch for comfortable relaxing. The vessel is available for Half and Full day charters departing from Pigeon Point jetty. On HALF DAY charters the typical catch could include "dolphin" fish (mahi mahi) kingfish or barracuda. On FULL DAY charters the catch could include Blue Marlin, Sailfish, Wahoo, Tuna.... with all bill fish being TAGGED AND RELEASED ( except during fishing Tournaments when there are minimum weight guidelines). With "Super Cool" and Captain Stanley, go where the action is and get the REALLY big ones. At the end of the day when you've sailed triumphantly back to shore you can bring your catch and have it prepared just the way you want it and FREE of charge at Dillon's Seafood Restaurant. Established in 1991 Dillon's Restaurant has emerged as Tobago's seafood specialists with freshly caught fish and lobster featuring on the menu. All served in an atmosphere of relaxed simplicity, with open air or indoor seating. Some of the most popular menu items include: Lobster crepe, or perfectly Grilled Lobster, Seafood platter, Stuffed Red snapper. At the Cocktail Bar there is a full range of wines and spirits and some intriguing Cocktail drink specials.
